Conditions of booking a wedding
A deposit of £500.00 is required in order to secure a date for your wedding day, this is non-refundable. A further deposit of £1000 is required six months prior to the wedding date; this is a non-refundable deposit.
All weddings must have one drinks package >£17 and a meal >£34, with a further buffet in the evening >£7.50. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the premises in any form at all (this includes favours).
Two months before the event takes place we would ask you to contact us and discuss final menus and order of the day.
The final numbers attending the wedding should be given ten days before the wedding takes place, at this time a bill will be made up and the full account will be settled. If the final bill is settled via credit or Debit card a 2.5% charge will apply for bank transferral costs; we would therefore recommend paying via Cheque, bank transfer or cash.
No refund will be given on any monies paid and for discrepancies in numbers after the final bill is made and paid. All our prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.
Forrester Park reserves the right to change and/or amend at any time the information contained within.
Forrester Park Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage or storing of gifts, the client is responsible for the storing and movement of gifts and should ensure they are taken away at the end of the evening. The client is responsible for any damage to the building and contents of Forrester Park Resort.
No food or beverages may be brought onto the premises without agreement by Forrester Park Resort. Should it be brought to the attention of Forrester Park that there is alcohol being consumed that is not purchased at the bar, relevant corkage charge will be applied to the main account. £20 for wine and £80 for spirits, this all relates to changes in the Scottish Liquor licensing Law.
